Professors, consultants, teachers of the practical lecture and students are involved in the activity of Research and Development centre (RDC). Centre mostly tends to improve the teaching process, through the development and implementation of the laboratory instruments and auxiliary equipment. It provides technical support to students and graduates in the implementation of practical projects and final papers in the field of electronics.

This approach in the educational process had been maintained in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Applied Studies for many years. Students that graduated solved concrete problems in their final work. Some of the problems were the development of electronic electricity meters, a device for detection and registration the number of hits in sword-play sport, programmable signals generator, and many others.

In (RDC) the following are developed:

• GEA function generator
• universal base for electronic circuits modeling, with its own sources of stabilized voltage power supply
• analyzer of logical signals with program support for personal computer(LAAP)
• 12 different types of electronic modules for the exercises

The Center is relied on material-technical base of the Laboratory for Electronics. Presentation of the Research and Development Centre`s equipment can be seen on the site of the centre http://www.viser.edu.rs/elektronika. It is intended for students of the study program Electronics and Telecommunications, but also to others who are interested in electronics.
