ECDL test centre
In April 2008, the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Applied Studies became an authorized testing centre which offers the ECDL (European Computer Driving License) certificate. Ones who receive this certificate are completely competent for the use of personal computer and basic program applications. All interested candidates (our students, staff, and all the others who are interested) can register and take the test in order to get the ECDL certificate in our testing center.
Research and development centre
Professors, consultants, teachers of the practical lecture and students are involved in the activity of Research and Development centre (RDC). Centre mostly tends to improve the teaching process, through the development and implementation of the laboratory instruments and auxiliary equipment. It provides technical support to students and graduates in the implementation of practical projects and final papers in the field of electronics.
CISCO centre and Computer centre
Computer centre of the School is responsible for providing computer resources to students and school employees. Since its inception the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of Applied Studies has been the leading institution in the country in introducing new technologies.
School`s СISCO centre centre is an authorized, local CISCO Academy for computer networks. Unique laboratory is equipped for the purpose of studying within the scope of the program "CISCO Networking Academy".
Computer laboratories
For the purposes of teaching the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Applied Studies provides seven laboratories, with 20 computers in each one. These laboratories also enable exercises in the fallowing subjects: The Basics of Electrical Engineering 1, The Basics of Electrical Engineering 2, Mathematics 1, Mathematics 2, Programming, Telecommunications, Digital Sound Processing, Microcomputers and Microcontrollers to be held.
Specialized laboratories
Specialized laboratories are included in school curricula of the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Applied Studies. |
